What Sets Me Apart:
I bring a blend of real-life experience, compassion, and practical teaching strategies to my coaching sessions. As a mother of three boys, including one through adoption, I've navigated the complexities of raising a diverse family, each with their own needs, personalities, and challenges. This has given me a deep understanding of how to connect with people from all walks of life, especially those going through transitional periods or seeking to foster meaningful growth.

Who I Love to Work With:
My work is especially geared toward individuals or families navigating changes, whether it's adolescents facing the challenges of growing up, parents seeking guidance on raising teens, or adults balancing personal growth with family life. Having been an elementary school teacher, I also love working with those who benefit from a structured approach to learning and personal development. My experience in education allows me to break down complex concepts into actionable steps, making growth feel achievable for people of all ages.

Specialties & Skills:
• Parenting Coaching: Drawing on my personal experience as a mother of diverse children, I specialize in helping parents build stronger, more positive relationships with their kids, understand developmental stages, and support their children’s unique needs.

• Teen & Young Adult Development: With kids ranging from 17 to 27, I understand the nuances of helping young adults navigate the challenges of independence, identity, and career/education decisions.

• Teaching & Learning: My background as an elementary school teacher means I bring a structured, evidence-based approach to coaching. I can help clients improve learning skills, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in both academic and life pursuits.

• Adoption & Blended Families: Having navigated adoption myself, I bring unique insight into the complexities of blended families and the emotional journeys both children and parents experience.

• Empathy & Patience: Life can be overwhelming, and my approach is centered on meeting you where you are, providing the support and guidance needed to foster growth at your own pace.

Outside Skills:
In addition to my coaching and teaching background, I bring a set of emotional intelligence and active listening skills that allow me to connect deeply with clients. I’m also trained in conflict resolution, which I use to help individuals or families find harmony in their relationships. My creativity and problem-solving skills allow me to offer fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to challenges.
