•As an adoptive parent I understand the principles of TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and understand how to apply them in real, everyday parenting. My 12-week parent coaching program goes far beyond surface-level strategies — it’s a guided journey inward. Together, we explore your own childhood experiences, uncover generational patterns, and begin the healing process so you can parent with clarity, confidence, and connection. Through this work, I help parents build a secure attachment to themselves and with their children. A secure attachment to yourself is the foundation for creating emotionally safe, connected relationships with your children. Together we focus on parenting from the inside out. Lasting change begins within.
